Drop-in Meditation Sits, 2024

Every other Wednesday evenings, 7:00 - 8:00pm
by donation
Please email or text me ([email protected] or 250-661-8679) 24hrs in advance if you would like to attend the current weeks' meditation sit. This way I can prepare, and if I have reached the maximum participants (7) I can let you know.

Schedule for July and August 2024 Meditation Sits::
​July 10th, July 24th, August 7th, August 21st; 7:00-8:00pm 


Flow:
Arrive between 6:50-7:00pm, settled to start by 7:00pm
7:00 - 7:15pm  Introduction on the theme and practice of the evening 
7:15 - 7:50pm  Meditation practice
7:50-8:00pm  Closing

These meditation sits are for those who have some familiarity with meditation and spiritual practice, and are comfortable to meditate for 30 minutes. The meditation practices will vary (some pranayama, mantra, yantra), and there will always be a solid portion of silent meditation. 
​There are chairs, and if you like to sit on the floor please bring all you need to be comfy (cushions, zafus, yoga mats, etc.)
